Established 1980 and operating more recently from our purpose built, state of the art commercial catering complex located in Braeside which on a daily basis services all of Greater Melbourne.

Renowned for our range of menus that are designed to impress your most discerning guests, be it a buffet, table service or finger food menu all prepared with the freshest quality produce and attended by our friendly, fully uniformed food service staff.

All Plated & Buffet Menus include
Quality china crockery, stainless steel cutlery, quality napkins, our sensational tiered stands and chafers with all service items required at no extra charge.

Beverages
All beverage menus include, complete bar set up, all glassware, ice and uniformed bar staff.

Accreditation
Aussie Catering Company is fully accredited through The Restaurant & Catering Association OPC #98068. HACCP and Health Department monitors our catering complex. All staff are covered by Work Care. All functions are covered with a $10,000 000 3rd Party Public Liability Policy.
